Matt's Bio:
Matt’s construction background is what initially led him to his career in real estate. Since becoming a licensed Realtor in 2007, he’s found a lot to enjoy about his job. He’s easy going and appreciates the opportunity to help guide his clients through the sometimes stressful process that buying a home can be. Because each new client has a unique story and list of wants and needs, Matt works hard to understand each client’s individual needs and find the best possible options. He also likes being his own boss and that no two days are ever alike.
Matt’s dependability and honesty are appreciated by all who work with him. His unsurpassed negotiation skills and “above and beyond” work ethics are especially valued by his clients. Matt feels one of the most important aspects of his job is to be a “consultant” by providing as much information as possible so his clients can make educated decisions. Not only will he share in his client’s excitement about all the great features a home may have to offer, but his construction background sometimes comes in handy in that he may notice something about a home which may not be immediately obvious to others. Additionally, aside from being a great asset to his clients with traditional home purchases, Matt also brings years of experience working with real estate investors and the foreclosure market.
Matt and his wife, Mindy, both grew up in small Nebraska towns. Since moving to the Omaha Metro in 2006, they’ve truly embraced all that this area has to offer. They enjoy spending quality time with their family and their group of friends who have become “extended family”.
When not helping buyers find their “perfect home”, Matt also enjoys sports and anything that involves being outdoors such as; hunting, fishing and golfing. Matt and Mindy have 2 children, Addi & Gunnar, that keep them smiling as they experience the many joys of parenting!
